Located on a cul-du-sac in the exclusive Bay Point Community (bordering Point Pleasant Beach and Bay Head) our house is just one-half block to beautiful lifeguarded beach.   Great location: Point Pleasant Boardwalk is one mile north and the quaint town of Bay Head is less than one mile south.   We're also just a few blocks from the Bay Head Train station, which connects to New York City.  

Our house has beautiful features, including 13 stained-glass windows, upstairs and downstairs wrap-around porches, marble bathroom, beautiful wood archways and walls, corian counters, huge cedar closet and a separate tub room.   As a safety feature, a fire-sprinkler system was installed throughout the house.  

NEW FOR 2011:  In May of 2011, brand new carpeting was installed throughout house.  New furniture for bedrooms, kitchen added as well.

Please note there is no driveway at house.   On-street parking is available in front of our house and along cul-du-sac but can be a problem during busy weekend beach hours.
